General Terms and Conditions

I. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to contracts for the rental of hotel rooms for accommodation, as well as all additional services and deliveries provided by the hotel to the customer.

II. Conclusion of Contract

The contract is formed upon the hotel’s acceptance of the customer’s request. The hotel may choose to confirm the room booking in writing.

The parties to the contract are the hotel and the customer. If a third party makes a booking on behalf of the customer, that third party will be jointly liable with the customer for all obligations arising from the hotel accommodation contract, provided the hotel has a declaration from the third party.

The hotel is obligated to keep the booked rooms available and to provide the agreed services.

The customer agrees to pay the applicable or agreed-upon prices for room rental and any additional services utilized.

III. Prices and Payment

The agreed prices include the applicable statutory value-added tax.

The hotel reserves the right to adjust prices if the customer subsequently requests changes to the number of booked rooms, the services provided, or the duration of stay.

Customers should settle their bills upon arrival, covering the room rate and tourist tax. We accept payments by credit card, debit card, or cash.

For guests opting for corporate transfers, please ensure payment is made within 5 working days of receiving the invoice.

For group tour reservations, the hotel may request a reasonable advance payment or security upon contract conclusion. The specific amount of the advance payment and payment dates can be agreed upon in writing within the contract.

IV. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel free of charge up to 1 day before arrival.

Cancellations made within 1 day of arrival will incur a charge equal to the first night’s stay.

The hotel reserves the right to withdraw from the contract for valid reasons, such as force majeure or other circumstances beyond the hotel’s control that make contract fulfillment impossible, or if rooms are booked using misleading or false information regarding essential facts.

V. Service Policy

Check-In/Check-Out: 

Check-in time is from 14:00 to 20:00. 

Check-out time is until 11:00. 

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. 

Late check-in can be accommodated via a keybox with a passcode.

Occupancy and Additional Guests:

The maximum occupancy for each room type must be strictly observed. Additional guests may incur an extra charge of €20 per person.

Breakfast Times: 

Weekday breakfast: 7:00 to 10:00. 

Weekend and holiday breakfast: 8:00 to 10:00.

VI. No Smoking Policy:

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas.

VII. Pet Policy:

We offer select pet-friendly rooms. Please adhere to the following guidelines: 

  • Dogs must be leashed or in carriers in common areas. 
  • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. 
  • Dogs should not be left unattended in the hotel. 
  • Dogs are not permitted in dining areas. 
  • A cleaning fee of €20 per night will be charged for guests bringing dogs.

VIII. Parking:

The hotel provides free outdoor parking and paid indoor parking, along with a paid electric vehicle charging service.

If a parking space in the hotel garage or parking lot is provided, no custody agreement is formed. The hotel is not liable for loss or damage to vehicles parked on the premises or their contents, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

IX.Tourist tax

Effective January 1, 2024, a new regulation regarding the increase of the tourist tax has been implemented.

As a result, all non-local individuals are required to pay a tourist tax of EUR 2.80 per person for each overnight stay.

X. Final Provisions

Amendments or additions to the contract, the acceptance of the application, or these terms and conditions must be made in writing. Unilateral changes or additions by the customer are ineffective.

The place of performance and payment is the hotel’s location.

Exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes, including those related to checks and bills, resides with the hotel’s location in commercial transactions.
